Therapy sessions are usually once a week and are 50 minutes long. It is difficult to predict how many sessions will be needed, but you will initially be offered six. You may need less or more depending on level of distress.
An initial telephone consultation will be offered free of charge - lasting no longer than 20 minutes. If you decide to take it further, an appointment will be arranged with you and then therapy can begin.
Each session will be charged at £40, however fees may be negotiable if you are in receipt of benefits or low income.
